Useless Call Centre Consultants
I had spoken to 2 different consultants from Budget Insurance within a span of 2 weeks because the first consultant didn't bother to email me the quote and lo and behold, neither did the 2nd consultant...one can imagine if they can't email a quote...why would I want to do business with them?
