useless
On the 24th January 2016 I had an accident. Budget Insurance took 2 weeks to approve my claim. After 2 weeks I was advised my car would be sent to Nortons Auto Service. I have followed up on numerous occasions with the panel beater. Every week they advise my car will be done by Friday or they are awaiting a part or this is not working. To date (8weeks later) I have not received my car, they are completely useless.<br> <br> I would like my vehicle back as soon as possible
