Use of pirate/ used parts in our cars by the instruction of the insurer

They are ****mers , they want to use pirate/used parts on my vehicles and they say they don’t use new parts in cars over 5years. Consumer be careful, an agent threatened me and said actually my car was an inch from being a write off and I must not talk to much . His name is Kavish from claims department. A bad service I’m receiving after being loyal for 7+ yrs to them , I’m disgusted.
