UPSET & DISAPPOINTED IN THEM

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with how Budget Insurance handled and rejected my claim.

The claim was denied because they claimed I did not disclose that the car was going to be used for business purposes, despite the fact that the trip at the time of the accident was personal. The car was on its way to the hospital to assist a neighbour who was in a life-threatening situation that could have cost them life. However, because of the gravity of the situation, they insisted on giving my father, a regular driver, R200.00 in petrol as a token of gratitude for saving his life.

Furthermore, when I requested all of the recordings from the time the cover was taken, they refused because I was initially told that they were not allowed to share them with me because the claim had not been finalized, despite the fact that their policy states that they are "available upon request." However, the agent now refuses to send them to me so that I can refer to them. Even today they do not want to send me 'all the recordings" from the date I did the quotation up until yesterday.

In addition, earlier today (October 25th, 2023), I received a call from the tracker company informing me that my car's battery had been taken out of my car. When I called them, they informed me that the assessment guy was stripping my car without my permission. I'm not even sure if my car is still in the condition I left it in. How can they st******* my car without my knowledge? I will have to pay for the damages that assessment guy did to my vehicle. It's shame, I wouldn't recommend anyone to cover their vehicles with Budget Insurance!!!!! I am so upset and disappointed.

Even now my car is in their s****yard and they do not want to repair it.
