Upaid cashback bonus

Budget insurance should have paid my cashback bonus on the 10/03/2020, *** but when making a follow up this morning, they did not know why its paid. The consultant on the phone put me on hold twice talking to her manager. The consultant promised to phone me back and I still haven't received any call back. This is one of the most pathetic service ever and never thought budget insurance is this disgusting.
