unsatisfied service that didn't rendered.

bad experience I've been paying a warranty, when is time to claim they say cover does not apply on the components without even checking the quotation from VW and again they said I'm not yet over 90 days period but the policy standard long way before. i think it was their excuse for not paying the claim. we pay service but we will never get one.
