I regret why I choose budget insurance VIP, there's a useless lady by the name of Thabiso trying to save companies money with black people, I made a claim with them since last year September just to find out that my claim wasn't approved but she sent me 2 claims numbers. Guys this budget is a **** shame when you try to claim they will tell you stories rather go for bidvest insurance it's the best shame
