Unsatisfactory service
Worst experience of my life , got into an accident on the 06th September 2024 , they gave me excuses in finalising my claim until I lost my nuts only for the to approve my claim on the 13th and come 30days they will want their courtesy car back forgetting they wasted my time . They are ************* and and reliable asking me the alternative numbers of the person I was involved in a accident with , what does that have to do with me course they have a contract with me not with the the person I was in a accident with. Their responsibility is to fix my car

18 Sept 2024, 10:17Clearly I celebrated too early now I’m told my car is moved from Renew it to another centre because renew it is not BMW approved, God knows how this will unfold because clearly when you choose the repairer you do your homework but let’s wait and see.
