unresolved claim

20 dec 15 I had a car accident car was towed and accessed same week I was called by Tarique and told me he was gonna deal with the claim and feedback, he called again saying they're busy with it new year I started calling as I was worried, I was told to speak to Morgan Young I couldn't get thru as everybody will send me from pillar to post I tried many people I had spoken to Divashney,Kameline, Sharon, finally got to Ryad he told me Morgan was not even at worked as it was said her line was busy, on Wednesday this week Tarique called and said why when I took the policy I was asked HAVE YOU HAD AN INSURANCE CANCELLED UNDER YOUR NAME I said NO I told him cause it was on my wife's name that was cancelled by AON, he said he was gonna call back he never did, I called yesterday morning I spoke to Resmia she told me policy was cancelled by Tarique and on the notes it said they won't be entertaining my claim, I had since requested to listen to that call as well but he said I can't come to the office I must speak to Jason, how can one cancel my policy without telling me, my car is their panel beaters I don't know what's happening now, PLEASE ASSIST ME
