Unreliable service!!!

Very disappointed with the service I'm receiving from this insurance. I put in a claim on the 28th of March. I was bumped by another lady and according to Budget they will assist me in claiming the excess and damages from this lady. It's going to be a month soon and I'm always the one calling after them to find out what's going on. 2 days ago they told me they have sent the 3rd party the letter of demand and was promised a call back the following day which obviously never happened and when I called today I was told that it's still at the administration department and that they have not sent anything to the 3rd party as yet so basically the past 3 weeks nothing as been done!!!!! On top of all of this I'm still waiting for my car to be fixed!! I'm driving around with a car that can barely take me anywhere and when I asked when this matter will be resolved I was told they cannot give me a time frame!!! Why am I paying for such service to begin with!! I still need to service my car this month but I can't because the left front side is buggard!! I'm sick and tired of always calling and running out of airtime. I'm not receiving any correspondence unless I'm the one calling after them!!!!
