unreliable

Had my car and household contents insured with Budget. Part of my package covers portable possessions. My car was broken into and my old Nokia done and wallet were ******. Not much of monetary value was lost. Was shocked after I reported incident to Budget when I was told they are not responsible since no signs of forced entry to my vehicle were visible. This got me thinking that I stole my own drivers license, bank cards and my old Nokia C3. I immediately decided to dump this company. imagine if I had a real claim where I would have lost items of value? could I trust that this company would honour their obligations. Rather I bail out now before a rainy day comes one day which is the sole reason for insurance. Such minor issues tell you a lot about what the company is all about and one should jump ship before the rainy day comes coz clearly with such a company, one would be left wondering in the streets with premiums having gone down the drain.
