Unreachable contact

I insured my car with budget insurance,few months ago I had an accident,i called them wanted to inform them to my surprise and disappointment all their contact numbers that are available were not working,the only way to contact them its only on whatsapp bot,Even the whatsapp you only have few options to choose,by that time there is no option you are looking for,as u type this,this is my last month with them im moving to insurance that takes their customers serious,enough about this ****
