Unprofessional and bad Service

Unprofessional and bad service.Today the 29 February I called budget insurance regarding the debit order that I cancelled 2022 and they still deducting from my account even my bank called them and they kept on transferring my calls from one agent to other and all of them asked for security questions then transferred me for almost an hour.i did not get help and I'm frustrated that next month they are going to deduct again. I'm going to cancel all my insurances with budget including my home and contance insurance.
