Unprofessional and Appalling Service from BUDGET INSURANCE & TECHNOSTAR AUTOBODY
I'm so appalled by the service I have been receiving from Technostar, that Budget sent me to repair my vehicle.The vehicle was sent to Technostar on 15 April 2021, My vehicle has been with Technostar for over 2 months now. The vehicle was supposed to be ready by 2 June 2021. There has been no communication about what is going on. The last time I received an email or SMS from them was on 28 May 2021. After 28 May 2021 no one has contacted me regarding the status of my vehicle. This is totally unacceptable and honestly appalling.
Whenever you call, they promise to get back to you but they never do.
They made contact on 02 July 2021 after I have sent an email to their manager.
They said the vehicle will be ready on 09 July 2021.
TODAY, 19 July 2021 our vehicles I still not ready for collection
We confirm that the matter has been escalated to the relevant team to investigate further.
