Unprofessional

I was involved in an accident three weeks ago. Budget insurance client was on the wrong side . I submitted my claim with Budget Insurance and since then the feedback process has been so unprofessional. My car is still not fixed. It has inconvenienced me tremendously . <br> Insurance companies are so quick to debit your account at the end of the month and yet they suck when it comes to processing claims . Their client approved to them fixing my car but up to now I have not heard anything from them. <br> <br> The consultants are very unprofessional and need to be pushed all the time for feedback . I cant keep driving a car with a damaged bumper. I will never advise anyone to ensure with them because my experience with them has been so unprofessional . <br> <br> I am the client on the right but I have constantly begged and followed up with them all the time for my claim to be processed. It's pathetic !!!!
