Unpaid claim
Unsettled claim on Budget insurance. Policy no: ***. My son was ****** on his way from school and his iPhone Gold 8 ******. I put in a claim in July and until now have not been compensated. I submitted all the documents that they had required, nothing has happened since then and yet my premium has gone up with yearly increase. I feel that I'm paying for a service that is not protecting me. Please help
