Unpaid Claim and Harrasing my neighbours.

i am quiet disappointing with the service i got from budget insurance following the my claim, after being involved in an accident on the 22 May 2018, they wanted additional documents which i gave them. to my surprise last week budget send their agent who interrogated my neighbors and workers. some of my neighbors came to me to say the was police investigator who was ****** and swearing at them saying "foetsek" and calling them "domkop". i don't know what does my policy have to do with harassing my neighbors and everyone they found at my yard. as i speak my Daughter colleague Mogau Malema wants to cancel her insurance with budget because of the ordeal i went thru. the accident report is clear as the driver who hit my car from the back said his car breaks failed. they don't fail to collect the premiums but fail to give me a good service.
