Unhappy with unprofessional assessor

I am grateful on Alberton Auto Magic panel beaters for the professional service they gave me. I was updated on progress and I got my car after 7days instead of 2weeks that was promised. My gripe with Budget is that the assessor, Ernest decided to refer me to Greenstone Renewit panel beaters. My questions are why I was referred to this panel beaters: 1, Renewit is far from my house. 2, Their service is appalling as I checked their reviews- there are more complaints than compliments...... I was referred to Automagic after complaining about them. It is very questionable why I was referred there in the 1st place as Automagic is a walking distance from my house. Maybe the assessor can answer this better. He was very inconsiderate of the inconvenience of have to drive far at my age(67)
