Unhappy with Budget

My late dad had a policy with Budget insurance where he covered the house took out a service plan for the Chev Spark and a motor plan for the Chev Aveo only to be told today dad cancelled his insurance when 2 Monday's ago mom was put as executor of everything,they deducted and given the new premium payment which was debited same day.Now today we told his policy got cancelled..how if he still has a living spouse and money got debited from her bank account
