Unhappy customer

At Budget insurance, you don’t tell or give your clients the whole information, I just found out today that you renew my license disc something i didn’t know and, I’ve wrote you an email asking if you could renew mine and never reply back… whole time I need to beg for your attention and as a customer I’m not happy!
