Unhappy client Ms BZ Mazibuko

I have never dealt with such *********** people,imagine 7 months down the line since my car was towed to huson autobody,been trying to contact budget but instead I've been taken from Goodness,to Thembakazi and to Wendy whom all three failed to get me through to the people that are currently dealing with my claim Earl and Renelle. I mean how are we expected to rely on such services,when nobody is there to assist when you need them,hence there's been no communication for 7 months I am the one that needs to update them that my car is still with the repairer.Next thing they will be looking for loopholes not to pay for the damages.This is all a ****,the energy they put when persuading us to join the insurance should be the same even when we do claims.I have finally managed to escalate this to the ombudsman,hopefully I will be heard,because am not sure if am taken for granted cause am black and worse a woman.
