Unhappy client - increased premiums

I am very upset with Budget insurance for increasing my premium especially during this difficult time, i really wasn't expecting an increase as it was never communicated with me when i joined them...the reason i dropped my previous insurer was because their premiums were higher as well as the access amount..then i got a better deal with budget not knowing that a year later my premium will be increased back to the same amount i was paying previously...this is really unfair and i think i need to shop around for a better cover...
