Unhappy client

Not a happy client at all to top it all of the consultant had attitude and I have been with them for 6 years without missing even a single premium but today they are failing to assist me with extending my car hire because my car is at the panel beaters and I am being taken from pillar to post and being told there is nothing that they can do so in essence they don’t care that I will be carless and all of this was sent on document 6 years ago and no one bothered to tell me after submitting my car hire claim!!!!!
