Unhappy client

<p>i have been a budget insurance client for quite sometime now just when I need their help, realized that I am on my own. On the 4th of June 17 I had a breakdown on my way to Boksburg (where I reside) from Free state (250 - 300km) I phoned budget insurance for assistance as I am a paying client. The lady that I spoke to was very helpful and she really tried her best bt only to realized that budget does not have someone that can help me in Bethlehem. I was left there stranded with no transport/ accommodation and I had to made several phone calls and only got helped at 23:30 by someone that was in Kroonstad to come and help me and my family. I had to pay him for driving from Kroonstad to Bethlehem and pour fuel for me to drive him to Kroonstad then come to Boksburg whistle I am paying a monthly premium with budget insurance.</p> <p>who am I going to trust since well they failed to help me and it looks like I am only wasting my money by paying the premium.</p>
