Unhappy and utterly disgusted with Budget Insurance

If I could, I would rate them a zero. Budget insurance is the pits. I would never advise anyone to take them as an insurer, you will suffer. I am definately, without a doubt, moving my car insurance to another provider. I regret moving from my previous insurere. Plesae do not move for a price difference, pay that heugher premium elswhere. Their lower premius will cost you in the end.

I have never been this dissatisfied. They do not communicate, they take long to respond. Even when you have an emergency, you will call for hours to receive help.

My car is still not ready and its a month later since i logged the claim for a tyre puncture, which i was told i need to log as an accisental damage. A burst tire idue to a pothole????

Now my car hire is expiring in 2 days and i need the car to take my son to school, they are writing exams.
