Unfairly or Emotional abuse treatment

Greetings Good people and fellow South Africans,I was so puzzled last night on how insurance companies are treating us as their clients when I was watching the Check point program on eTv with the hope that people have learned from our mistakes by believing in these companies based on their information when we are contacted by their consultants or representatives telephonical.Even the company of a guy by the name of James who mistreated me,Tellsure Investment Holdings on behalf of Budget was also exposed in that program and that brought me to the conclusion that I will never ever trust these insurance companies.These companies don't treat us with respect and dignity,having said that when was the last time Budget insurance company contacted me?to give me a feedback or progress with regard to my claim.Everytime I call them,they make empty promises sometimes they will tell me they are going to call me back on such a day but to no avail.So do I have to trust there so called consultants representing these insurance companies?As I was so co-operative with them by sending all the documents they needed as per their request
