Unfair treatment by Budget Insurance and their appointment Panel beater Grand Tech Autobody
I just to express my frustration regarding the service I have received from Budget Insurance and their appointed panel beater, Grand Tech Autobody.
I was promised that my car would be ready for pick-up on Monday after waiting two weeks for the car radio to be fitted and programmed. However, it has now been an extended wait, and I have been informed that programming the radio is still taking much longer than expected. I was assured by the panel beater that they could release my car as long as the radio was fitted, and I could arrange to bring the car back for programming at a later date. Unfortunately, that has not happened, and I am continually given new release dates that keep getting pushed back by a day or two.
This ongoing delay is incredibly frustrating, and it feels as though my concerns are not being taken seriously. At this point, I would not recommend Budget Insurance to anyone, as it seems that customer care is not a priority.
