Unfair treatment And ****
Took out insurance for my cellphone last year with budget, when I’m putting in a claim they referred it to telesure investment holding, they started investigating me, asking for my car’s tracker, making me sign affidavit because they want my phone records from Vodacom, Visiting at work saying they want to see my appearance, each and every time they are communicating with me there’s a new document I must quickly sign in order to make the process fast, it’s been 3 weeks now and there’s no response.
I asked the gentleman who was visiting me at work if I’m under investigation or what and he denied it!!
I don’t know what they are looking for, I have provided them with everything they asked for, even though I felt it was ********* at times.

Up until today your team hasn’t contacted me, I only received a call from the guy who was investigating me last week Friday saying that the claim has been approved but you will only pay 65% of the claim and yet I had insured my item for 100%. The way my claim has been handled is to unfair and unjust.
