unfair treatment

I had claim with Budget Insurance and I feel like I was not treated fairly they declined my claim and cancelled my policy. the reason they stated is not valid I took comprehensive knowing very well that if I give third party to drive the vehicle I will be charged extra fee on my policy they explain that to me when I put a claim and I agreed then they come back saying the policy details were not updated & I was also stalked by the accessor who went to my home without an appointment.
