Unfair claim rejection

On the 9th November 2024, an incident occurred resulting my car being written-off by Budget insurance and ever since that fateful day, Budget has not met me halfway as they were quick to reject my claim without a solid reason. The additional information that they had required is state property and that requires a court order. This has been reiterated so many times but it fell onto deaf ears. At a time when I needed them the most, they were quick to reject but their premiums were always paid on time!!
