Unfair business ethics

My car was ****** from inside my property in July last year that I paid Over R250000 cash. They refuse to pay me out the full amount and instead of paid me back 2 years premium which was a total of R44 000. this was because my son was helping me take out the policy for me. They asked him if he was ever decline or had a insurance company cancel a policy and he rep**** no as he was taking the policy out on my name.

9 years. Ago he made a false statement with an insurance company that cancelled my insurance. This happened 9 years ago.

I've been insured and claimed with successful payouts.

But when I tried to claim from budget . They tried everything not to pay me out the full amount for my car and found something that happened 9 years ago.

I find it to be unjust and unfair. I need help as I had to purchase a useless second hand car for .the 1/4 of the money they should have paid me.
