Unfair budget insurance claim rejection

The insurance company is playing with customers because even my boyfriend (Mr S.D Ngcamu- ***)made a claim for his tubeless tyre at the beginning of July. His claim has not been approved as yet, He says that he writes them e-mail and they dont respond. Wonder how can they pay for a written off car if they cant even pay for jst one tyre.I jst want them to also know that I've been to the area where the accident occured guess what there is no 60 speed limit sign in the are and I couldn't have been travelling with your speed tracked by your so called specialist and also nothing in the policy states that you dont pay because of a speed you cant simple change it inorder to fullfil you intentions.I wonder if you treat all your customers the same or this is only done to black people. To me this company is starting to look like a ****.This is far from over.
