Unexplainable amount being charged
My account was debited last night with an amount of R160 from VAPINSBUDG. Please rectify this and have the transaction reversed?

We acknowledge receipt of your complaint.
As discussed with our Customer Relation Specialist, one of the consultants from our Value added department will be in contact with the policy holder. We confirm that the policy is for Value added cover being, a touch up policy and the second policy is for Tyre & Rim Guard.
As agreed, we will discuss the matter with the policy holder.
