********* annual renewal increases

This is the second review of budget. Last year I reported that they gave me a huge and unrealistic increase. After the review they contacted me and redid the quote and drastically reduced the increase. Well guess what, they did the same this year and gave me another 25% increase. Totally *********. This time I will be changing insurers. Maybe I will find an ethical insurer somewhere but honestly not holding my breath.
