********* and unfair business practices - car worth R 35000 written off for R14000 damage ???

We moved our vehicles to Budget Insurance earlier this year and are now realising what a mistake that was. We had a small bumper bashing on a Hyundai Getz 3 weeks ago and are still struggling to get resolution from Budget Insurance. According to Nadiem Hussain the only panel beater in Johannesburg who can do the work is Techispray in Lenasia. As we live in Randburg this is hardly ideal and have checked the internet for reviews of Technispray and found 2 reviews on Hello Peter which were very negative. I have explained to Nadiem our reasons for not wanting to use Technispray and even provided a quotation from an alternate panel beater who quoted less than Technispray however Nadiem has advised we only have 2 options - use Technispray or have the vehicle written off.
