When I insured my goods with Budget I was informed that my excess would be R 4500 in the case of an accident<br> <br> When logging my first claim they said I would be charged an additional R 2500 because I am under the age of 25 and another additional charge of R 2000 because I claimed within my first year which was not declared when taking cover with budget.<br> <br> I took the vehicle to their assessor who advised me it would be R 8000 for repairs, which means the repairs would be for my account. Later I sent them a email stating to cancel the claim. On a previous call they said I would have no premium increase when cancelling my claim. All of this was in Sep<br> <br> I am till today waiting for a so called recording of when I received a call stating my premium will increase. <br> <br> I shall not be paying the increased premium
