Understanding and Quick

I recently had trouble with my car and the repair shop, so I decided to call on my Insurance, I explained all of this to Emmanuel, and he actually listened to me first, and gave me solutions to my problem,as he understood the nature of my query, for my car to be back to the dealer and repaired, it took less than 24 hours. I'm impressed, I suggest that Budget Insurance Repair/Service section should have more people like this, as it is annoying to be promised things and they never happen or be dealt with, or to speak to someone who actually sound as if they do not care.Thank you so much Emmanuel @Repair department.
