Uncourteous, evasive and disappointing service.

Deplorable service. So we took a roadtrip from Cape town to Pietermaritzburg and upon arrival the almost new car is making a screeching sound. Phoned budget to have the car towed and to arrange a courtesy car. Robyn was really helpful with arranging he towing after which she transferred the call to the assist division. Well all I can say is that you guys were frustratingly less than helpful. Sorry we cannot help you as you were not in an accident and nor was your var stole. Bottom line is that I don't have a form of transportation while in a foreign province. That's why I have insurance! Then still, couldn't assist me with hiring a car, waited endlessly while they transferred the call to nowhere. Eventually after communicating my dissatisfaction they promised to call me back but never did. I am utterly disgusted with your lack of empathy and assistance and will be making plans to seek alternative cover as clearly you guys are not worth my investment.
