Unbelievable service and customer care

I have been with Budget for about thirteen years, and have had to claim just a few times, and every time I've only had exceptional experiences from their incredible staff. Starting with Portia, who was my initial contact who went above and beyond, and then having Tracy Brooks and Kurt Shellar attending to two different incidences with so much ease and efficiency that my claim was settled in a matter of days and I couldn't be happier , Whatever it is you're doing at Budget insurance, keep doing it, as I've been raving to everyone about how great your service and attitude really is, especially at a time when your clients are emotional and upset. I highly recommend this group to everyone who reads this review
