Unauthorized deductions
Have an inactive policy yet there is deductions being made from a vaps product which I didn't authorize. Budget doesn't answer their phones. I checked with my bank and they said they used my card details. This is appalling. I am unable to remove it coz I have an inactive policy.I demand a refund
