Unauthorized deduction
I referred my 77 year old mom to Budget Insurance and I'm regretting it, he initial premium was R673 all of a sudden the was tracker deduction and she doesn't even have tracker in her car she is now paying R929.00 for something she doesn't have. i have called budget several time to date the issue has not been resolved. she is a pensioner looking after the grandkids because their mother passed on she cant afford to pay for something she doesn't have. please sort it out
