Unauthorized debit order - ******** & unprofessional behaviour

I always knew that leaving SANTAM was the never a good idea. But, as for signing with BUDGET INSURANCE, I just bought myself a ticket to hell. For all I ever knew, my debit order day was the 1st or 2nd of each month. Last month, debit order was taken on 22 May 2019. I let it go. Now, debit was taken on the 19th June 2019 which is actually many days away from my payday. So, does that mean Budget is always eying every cent that is in my account? NO, you can't work like that. You don't manage my finances. You only offered me with a mere insurance nothing else. Please bring back the money (R1607) you took from my account and stick to our agreement. I think it's about time I start looking for an alternative insurance. I am tired of this nonsense. Just minutes back, I also spoke to one of your *********** consult whose name I cannot mention. All I could hear from him was just "There is an alternative debit order date with insurances". But, I never signed for that *******. He even said to me that my home contents and portable cover has been suspended. Something I never knew. Also, no one ever informed me about all those things. Please bring back my money (R1607).
