UNAUTHORIZED DEBIT ORDER
I requested a quote from the without accepting the quote, the person at the call centre said that they needed my bank details in order to finalize the quote, this is now the second month they are taking money from my bank account, I already have insurance via Miway, this is not acceptable. it inconvenience me to go to the bank to reverse the money, secondly I think this is ***** to take money form my bank account without my permission. PLEASE CANCEL THIS QUOTE/POLICY YOU THINK I HAVE WITH YOU IMMEDIATELY.
