Unauthorized debit bounced debit order, rejected claim

I logged a tyre and rim claim 27/01..ive ever only claimed once in 2017.

My claim is was declined, with it being no fault of mine....and as per the decline letter, my debit order returned unpaid and I was not covered.

My debit order went off on 02/12/2019 and another debit order 28/12/2019...unauthorized by me, nor communicated to me.

I demand answers and I demand my claim paid..this is for 1 tyre to be replaced and 1 rim, this is absolutely not acceptable and I refuse to accept this
