Unauthorized debit

21 January I cancelled a policy I took out with budget and got a condemnation it was done, on the 20 of February a debit order went of my account inspite of the cancellation.. I reversed and stopped the debit regardless of the bank charges..again this morning a debit order went of for a policy that's cancelled now with a different reference number..I want to know with whose authority to did you get to debit my account.. Whose gonna pay the bank charges..if budget don't fix this now I will report the matter to consumer ombudsperson
