Unauthorized debit

I have canceled my business contract with budget insirance policy number ***. To my shock they deducted my account last month Sep 2021 and i phoned them to report the deduction and my money was refunded. During that call the consultant that i spoke to requested that we make another quote for my new vehicle which i agreed to making the qoute but refused to authorize it as it was higher than my current insurance company. Now on the 28th of Oct 2021 another deduction was made from my account with the qoute amount R 1 051.90 that i have never authorized and then i immediately reported the matter to them however i was told there is nothing they could do since the debit happened on the same day and does not yet reflect in their account. To date no one has contacted me with regards to my refund but what i fail to understand is why did they deducted money for something that i have not authorized. Budget you guys are very *********** and play with our lives bcos now i had to pay double insurance i.e my current insurance plus you guys without my approval. I struggle to honor my other financial obligations because of the incompetence of your stuff who care less about us but chasing targets. This is unacceptable and will not take it lying down.
