Unauthorised Early Debits

You debited me early on the day that I did not authorise. You debited me after I transferred funds to fill up. I got to tbe petrol station and the transaction was declined. I had to call friends to loan me some money. You have no idea how embarrassing that is. In addition to that, you cannot reverse it. I have to speak to the bank - which will affect my credit record. I am tild that it's my fault since I did accept a debicheck. That is why the debit order was tracking. I will pay an insufficient fund fee of R10 and an additional R5 to reverse this on Wednesday since it could not be reverved today and tomorrow is a public holiday.

I am definitely changing my insurance. I cannot afford you debiting me whenever you feel like.
