Unauthorised deductions
I have a policy with budget for my household contents. My payment date for the premiums is on the last working day of the month. Now i deduction is my to my account and a deduction that is returned due to insufficient funds my bank charges me R150.00. Our agreed date is late working day or the 1st of every month and it has been like that ever since. The amount deducted is news to me i dont know of such amount. Premium increased without me being consulted.
