Unauthorised Deduction From VAPINSBUDG
I was having Budget Car insurance early this year and its been more than 5 months since I cancelled my Insurance but I was debited R79.

The policy that you are referring to is called a Touch-Up Policy. This policy is a separate policy from the main policy and it provides you with cover for minor repairs to your vehicle. The policy covers: Chips, Minor Dents and Light Scratches.
One of our Customer Relation Specialists attempted to contacted you, unfortunately without any success and there were no room to leave a voice message. We have since requested that you are contacted by the Value Added team to discuss your concerns and to give you the opportunity to decide if you wish to proceed with the policy.
