Unauthorised Deduction From VAPINSBUDG

Kindly be advised that we have escalated this matter to our Value Added Products Department to see if they able to trace an active policy. We have also requested that they listen to the sales call to determine if you agreed to the cover and based on the outcome of the sales call will we be able to advise further regarding a possible refund.
Feedback in this regard will be provided as soon as they have traced the policy as well as listened to the sales call. They will revert with an update within 48 hours.
